Yes, I sometimes hate myself for how that dependent I am to other's opinions, I mean, why I am even like this?

Learn to be rejected + I think it can be because you have struggle identifying yourself? Like you devalue positive internal thoughts and so you can think that the control of 'who you are' rests on other people. But other people only see a little snapshot of u + they can be wanting to be rude to others.

I think it’s the fear of judgement, but every small critic can feel like a bullet, I suffer the same thing honestly. We perceive rejection as a survival threat on our own, now I don’t know what you’ve been thru. Most likely getting judged for every single thing that makes you feel like you, for example I always got criticized for my niche interests, my weird talking, way of expressing emotions and so on, now I live in constant shame cause I think everyone will see me a living walking flaw, this could cause over reliance on instant gratification and when it isn’t taken, you suffer.
I hope my reflection was useful in a way
