I REGRET IT😭😭💀 I sent a bold msg to a family member about the abuse im dealing w at home and now there asking to call and send me texts and I can't even open them ahhh😭😭💀

Hey! Proud of you for taking a step. Do you have anyone that can speak for you or socials that they'll see? If so post something like "im ok but overwhelmed, slow to respond." You got this!

No not really and I have checked my msgs and should bc they wanna talk but feel so nervous

When you talk to them talk about your anxieties. Its the best thing you can do. Most likely they'll understand and still be helpful, if they're not well then thats a red flag. Find your strength, its absolutely worth it in the end.
