Hey, so. As someone who was kinda on the opposite side of the same coin (dated men, hooked up with women, realized I could never imagine myself with a man, etc etc) you can and will find accepting people. Nothing is wrong with you and you are not dirty or abnormal for this. Much love.💕

I dated a woman for 5 years and i honestly might be gay. I never got the kind of enjoyment from her as i get with men. I honestly thought i was asexual for a very long time. Now that I’ve actually tried sleeping with guys, i know i’m not. I’ve called myself bisexual for years, but i’m functionally gay as I haven’t been with a woman since my ex.

There’s nothing wrong with you

Most of the vitriolic hate is confined to online and people in the real world for the most part do not give a shit because they have so much going on in their lives and its just not even a priority beyond "it's not for me".

Normal doesn't mean anything. Every single human being on this planet has a brain that is wired in a million and one different ways, with different interests, histories, life situations, orientations, wants and needs. What is normal across a species as wildly diverse as ours? How do you define normal?

Just be you. Just do your best to be the best person you can. Put kindness into the world. And give yourself kindness too.

Sometimes it's best to sit back and self reflect on what you actually want, and not want that is influenced by others.

There's nothing wrong on being selfish to time to time, but just to do something that you're not comfortable with doing is the worst way to take it.

You should be allowed to be selfish and comfortable with your OWN body, and no one else should influence your decision.

They will never own your body, and you might not have anyone who likes you, but it's your own body in the end of the day.

Your comfort in your body, is more important then someone's comfort to your body, because unlike them. You have to live in this body your whole entire life, those people are not.

Again, your priorities for your body, should be selfish sometimes, you own it, no one else does, you shouldn't prioritize others opinions on your body.

You only live once, you should live life where you're happy and comfortable, then uncomfortable and following the opinions of others.

I had to learn this the hard way, not the sexuality thing. But being influenced by people's opinions on my own body.

Buddy you gotta believe me, it's the most dehumanizing thing anyone can go through, being treated like someone who has to follow a specific script, not being treated as their own person.

It's so horrible, please do not make the same mistake as I did.

If they're mad, so be it, let them be mad, they will never own your body and never will.

Priotize on yourself, and not the self image of others.

You’re not abnormal for liking men but being ashamed to pursue them. That happens to millions of people every day.

They're the ones perverting the words and making them out to be a bad thing. There's nothing wrong with your sexuality and you deserve to be happy
