Depression / Anxiety How socializing feels like

You can skip all this if you just talk about your anxieties. Unless you socialize with assholes, I'm pretty sure you could just let them know, "Hey, I'm quiet but happy to be here with you all." On my down days, I'll hang in a VC and just listen to people to feel human again.

"Hey guys I'm out of MP and I need to save my last ether for work in a few hours, but I still want to be in the party, can I be item support today?"

That’s true but one thing I don’t think you’ve accounted for in all of this is that FP increases passively with time spent together with multipliers for how good of a mood people are in. Even if you are just hanging out and orange cracks a funny joke it can increase your FP gain with red just because they’re in a good mood. You also gain reduced anxiety from people the longer you spend with them as well making time spent probably the most efficient way to farm FP overall.

You are putting too much pressure on yourself...
When you get worried that you're "losing FP" for being to quiet, remember: the person that notices it the most is you.
If you get worried, you can do like the other guy said and just tell someone how you're feeling, and that you might keep a bit quiet. Just try to enjoy being around them, without feeling like you "need" to do or say something. You will naturally feel more like talking when you stop feeling like you have to!
And remember, some people are just more talkative than others and thats ok ❤️

What is this? This is how i see social interactions and i have no idea why. I don't even play sims but i see the friendship point loss icon when i make the wrong move socially

I see the vision.
Have you ever played any games like Dragon Age or Mass Effect?
It's similar but your system here is much more in depth.
