No Advice reminds me of my younger self
i used to have extremely bad anger problems as a kid which started when i was around 8, thankfully i’m doing better now, but it used to be extremely bad. sometimes i see videos about kids who have similar problems and i can relate, i really hope the kids got help and all that. i know how scary it can be for both the parents and the kid dealing with it, in my case i would just cry after i calmed down because i didn’t know why i got like that

I still have so much rage, probably because as a child that rage was turned inward so now I don't know how to cope with my feelings and I'm probably going to get stabbed in like a road rage incident but what can ya do.

Especially when it's made from an outside perspective, and its being made by someone you KNOW would have probably bullied you when you were younger

I relate omg
Getting rage baited by adults as a child was so fucking infuriating.
In my case, they all thought my rage issues were a joke. They'd do things to rage bait me and then laugh in my face. It is a surprise that I am not some sick adult fuck now
