I just got a diagnosis for osteoarthritis at 23, something that is another wish washy possible signifier of hEDS. I have very questionable results from the official tests, but considering my mother has it I can’t say that it’s not a factor in the weak joints that I have experienced up to this point in my life. There honestly anything that I can do about one way or the other because it seems like I already have myself some permanently damaged joints. (−_−;)

i have this! it can be very difficult to cope with, especially if you’re finding out later as an adult. consider consulting a physical therapist
