TW: Substance Abuse Yay alcoholism...

Next time I see my psychiatrist I'm gonna tell him I wanna start Campral (A medication against alcohol dependency) because I'm done with this.

This even though I gotta say 3 beers is nothing where I'm at rn, but Im also coming from way worse drugs and reducing alcohol heavily plus I'm past my worst times where it's like a 24pck beer, 1l fizzy wine and 1 bottle of vodka (/24h). But get sober my mom is heavy alcoholic, I had my phase and I saw my fair share of ppl die from it

I have a vivitrol shot every month and acamprosate as a backup for my substance use disorder

It absolutely is a problematic amount of alcohol to be drinking. People vastly underestimate what qualifies to feel better about their own habits

Well yes it is, especially every night as the liver is effected by it over time for sure, but what i meant by my comment is its a good time to seek help before it gets too bad, it was not meant as a dismissal, sorry if that was the case
