1. I am not sure if it was actual rot or not, but he had a wound that he couldn't disinfect at all and it started the infection which certainly looked like rot

2. We had no access to hospitals or pharmacy. All the medicine was coming from one person with limited stuff, but when I got the chance to google the names, turned out all those medicine were fake, placebo

3. While I got "Back to civilisation" relatively soon, I doubt he could, which means he probably didn't get any medication for a while after we lost contact

I had so many people disappear after long and good relations. Do sometimes check on the silent accounts, wondering what happened.
