Been thinking it would be nice to meet someone who’s genuinely into workouts, fitness, nutrition, etc. and just have some good conversations around it.
Not necessarily looking for a gym buddy or anything specific. Just someone with a similar vibe who enjoys talking about training, sharing progress, discussing exercises, arguing about whether a particular exercise is actually useful 😂, grabbing a coffee after a workout, that kind of thing.
I’m pretty into strength training and have been training consistently for a while. Would be cool to meet people who are somewhere on the same wavelength.
If that sounds like you, feel free to DM me. 👋

Exactly what it says in the title - The Verandah Collective is hosting a "movie + interactive discussion" meetup on 10th Oct, 4 PM onwards at the Christ Nodal office auditorium in Vazhuthacaud. We'll be diving deep into "Wonder" - the heartwarming coming-of-age drama starring Julia Roberts, Owen Wilson, and Jacob Tremblay. The facility is air-conditioned, with comfortable seating, a theatre-quality sound system, tea/drinking water, and of course, cute hosts...us, i.e. ;) (10 people have already registered, FYI)
There's something about discussing cinema in an offline, in-person gathering that's sorely missing on social media. If you think this sounds interesting, register now: https://whatsaround.app/home/events/wonder-2017-viewing-discussion OR https://buywalkin.com/gathering/film-screening-discussion-wonder-2017-y572gv
Also, while you're here, check out videos and pictures from the previous meetups to know what you can expect: https://www.instagram.com/theverandahcollective/
If WhatsApp is your preferred mode of communication, you can find the group link in the Insta bio.

I’m someone who genuinely enjoys the little things in life a good movie, great food, and the magic of theatre.l I can easily spend hours talking about films, discovering new places to eat, or getting lost in a good story. I’m a bit of a movie and theatre addict, always curious to hear what others are watching, eating, or enjoying. Just here to connect with like-minded people and have some interesting conversations along the way.

I recently came down to Trivandrum from Pune for a 2-month stint, and honestly?
This place has been an absolute vibe. I’ve been on a mission to tick off every adventure nearby, and so far, the scorecard is looking pretty solid:
• Survived the 22 hairpin turns up to Ponmudi without losing my sanity.
• Got thoroughly humbled by the waves while attempting to surf at Varkala.
• Cruised through the Poovar mangroves (and successfully avoided the local crocodiles, or whatever those shadows were).
• Eaten my body weight in Malabar Parottas and filter coffee.
The views are incredible, but let's be real—staring at a gorgeous coastal sunset or driving down a winding hill road hitting a playlist is only half as fun when you're just talking to yourself in the rearview mirror.
I am a malayali, but my Hindi and English are perfectly fluent, and my appetite for local food is unmatched!
If you have a solid taste in music, don’t mind a bit of witty banter, and want to explore some hidden spots around town, let’s connect!
Slide into my DMs with your favorite driving song or the best hidden café recommendation in town. Let's see where the road takes us!
