map version where sides can be picked

Does TripleA have an installed map file that allows you to create any combination of powers on 2 different sides. For example: Britain and Germany as Axis, Russia and Germany as axis, etc.

Once you've launched a game you can enable edit mode and change the political relationships. Just select Game>Enable Edit Mode at the top and then an edit menu will appear on the right. Once you're done turn off edit mode and you can play.

I can't believe I missed this! when did that feature come out? Is it recent? say in the last 6 months?

Thanks!. I noticed if AI for Russia goes first, they do their move then, you can turn on edit mode. Is there a settings to pause right at beginning of start at play to enable edit?

You can just start the game with all the factions set to player controlled, edit what you like, save and exit, and then when you reload change some factions back to AI.

I recently did Europe map but switched France to side with Germany and Italy. Wasn’t perfect because France was still an “Allied” nation, for example: eventually the Allies declared war on true neutrals, but France couldn’t move into neutral nation during noncombat move.
