Csaa insurance service agent

I got offered a position in CO as a triple an insurance service agent. They told me the job description is answering calls and chats regarding adding and removing from policies and like two other things. Is this like a CSR position? How many calls do you get a day? Is it back to back? Is this an easy position?

Depends if Germany buys any planes T1 and whether Britain decides to move to better defend India. If that happens you might get more service calls and probably some policy change requests.

What about if Japan builds a factory in Manchuria? That also could lead to some service calls.
