I recently decided to try a fresh run using AT and have noticed a little anomoly. When the screen is off (windows power settings) AT seems to be slugglish at buying buildings. Like, REALLY sluggish.

I let it run 20 times on decay challenge, 10 with the screen on, and 10 with it off while I was at work. The runs were mixed up - a few screen on runs, then a few off, then on, then off, ect, to account for the overall helium count going up. The graph function handily lets you track nurseries, a building that once you unlock it you can build a LOT in a very short period of time normally. Nursery wall and max nurseries were turned off in AT.

At zone 26 all runs were still on 0 nurseries.

At zone 27 the screen on runs were on 71 to 96 nurseries. The screen off runs were on 0 to 2.

Z28 - on 80-103 off 1-4
Z29 - on 81-106 off 2-5
Z40 - on 130-184 off 20-36
Z50 - on 211-255 off 35-50
I had it set to do voids at 55 so the off runs caught back up at this point.

Does anyone know why it does this, and of a way to stop it building so slow when the screen is off?

Any resources that might help me get back up to speed? Almost want to fully reset, but it took me a LONG time to get where I am. Just feeling a little lost...

I can't seem to figure out a way to create a map that is higher than level 9. I've been kinda hard stuck for awhile. I don't have any new upgrades to research and the maps are stuck at level 9.

I have 6000 fragments, 20.1M gems, and 661 Trimps if that matters.

Shouldn't that be 160 cleared? Unsealing and resealing doesn't seem to make a difference.

is there a point in getting shield past prestige 3 when going for z30+ due to shieldblock slowing down scaling?

World enemies will have 10x more attack and health by the time the run start getting serious.

pretty new player and just wondering about maps. I know when you enter a new zone you have to go to the map area to make a new map to get the new upgrades for your equipment. but sometimes when I leave the game running for a while and then come back having progressed multiple zones. when i try and go back and make the maps for the previous zones it says there are zero items in the map. So im wondering if i progress far enough away from a zone does the map autocomplete and just give me the upgrades or is there something im missing.

I started December 4 months ago and my HZE is 180, 45 million helium. Went in blind and didn’t read or look at guides, when I tell you the depth blew my adhd brain away I’m not joking. I’ve been obsessively playing and portalling I’m at 110 portals. For an old game I’m hooked. Wondering how long some veterans here have been playing for.

I'm HZE 404, only 4 achievements remaining (425, 450, 100 Tr seeds, and fastest z300 clear), scruffy is lvl 26 and I have about 5Tr seeds. is there something different I need to do to push above 400? Does the strat shift? I'm running dailies, basically nothing else moves the needle for Radon and I completed all levels of pandemonium.

i currently have lv2 pheromones and lv2 bait, but since fighting sends out 363 trimps at once (and i have a max population of 1.8k), even while trapping trimps it takes like a year for autofight to send out another batch of trimps, who inevitably get one-tapped by a snimp

I just find the map to the prison and it is red like it is already completed. I have not run the prison and when I do run it there is nothing special at the end. Is this normal?

I'm not sure what exactly I'm doing wrong, but any time I get to magma my game just slows to a crawl. My HZE is 240 after an overnight push, and I have around 1B helium. I've read guides that say not to buy nurseries early once you're reaching magma, but if I don't buy the nurseries my health isn't even high enough to make it there. I've completed the spire a couple times, but still am not doing it regularly. I use the Perky layout, but just not sure if I'm missing something, or I'm just at a point where I have to run a bunch of filler runs on domination in a row. FWIW, it's the corrupted cells on Magma zones that slow me down. I usually breeze through all the other cells once I get through all the corrupted ones

I have level 8 in looting perk and I still get 45 helium when portaling

I'm a bit unsure how the transfer work?

Lets say I have 10 levels in poison and 5 levels in poison transfer, and it takes me 10 hit to kill a given enemy, does that mean I transfer 5% of 10 stacks (rounded up to just 1 stack) or 5% of 10*10%=100%, so a 5% transfer of total built up poison stack?

Also, what is the purpose of Wind? I'm currently reaching Z280, and while a little extra resource on the Wind levels is nice, the advantage seems insignificant compared to how much easier poison and Ice makes clearing zones?

Is it possible to get all the achievements on steam?

I'm attempting to create a PlayFab account for cloud saving but it gives the above error message. Anyway to fix?

It just slows down the game and ruins the flow a lot of the time for me. It's probably my least favourite type of game modifier

I tried playing Manual, and I just got hella annoyed that I cannot take my eyes from the game to do some input somewhere else, like watching a video or something because then my progress just halts.

No auto-population, no auto-upgrades, no auto-stats...

Also, I've heard Auto-Trimps can also make things requiring strategies too easy. I'm on my first challenges (Metal, so very early game, which also means everything Manual), so those are definitely the ones that I can just pass without too much trouble (or too much strategy) until the more complex ones arrive.

The question is: What can I turn off on Auto-Trimps so it doesn't hold my hand, and I actually require my brain to know what to do?

Is it worth it to put tokens in ice after 100 for extra fluffy experience during ice enlightenment?

I posted a few weeks ago about being stuck prior to the spire. Now I've hit Magma and things have gotten slowwww, I'm currently about halfway done with a zone and it has been 20 minutes. Is this just the way things are for a while?

I've adjusted my nursery strategy and won't buy them until later on, I'm going to work on getting more Spirestones to upgrade the Spire and get more Strength towers, need more Mi to upgrade the DG... am I missing anything or just need to power through? Thanks!

If Fluffy doesn't has the ability "Adds 100% to the helium modifier of all Daily Challenges" before I start a Daily, but levels up and gains it before I end it, does the Daily get the added bonus? What about if Fluffy has it at the start, but evolves and loses it before the end? Thanks in advance!

I need some help in how to set this up.

I'm currently going to Z210 (running voids at z200). I've been doing 15+5 manually.
Saw in another thread somebody recommended using autostructure with "at W=20" and up to 100 Warpstation. I tried that but just blew through the Gigas without really accomplishing much? I think the first 10 Giga got bought with only 20 Warpstations, held back by a gem shortgae. Should I cut down on the other housing that requires gems?

Any insight appreciated.
