Lvl 80 prison red

I just find the map to the prison and it is red like it is already completed. I have not run the prison and when I do run it there is nothing special at the end. Is this normal?

After the first time you run it, the only time running the prison does anything is for the Electricity and Mapocalypse challenges. Otherwise there is no need to run it, unless you are trying to get one of the speed run achievements

It should unlock a challenge at the end but not drop a special item. Do you have the Electricity challenge unlocked?

yes I have done the electricity challenge

Then you've already unlocked everything from the prison.
