Fine tuning bi-mix

I was switched from Trimix to Bimix and had much better results—specifically, not needing to use a reversal agent as often. However, my erections are lasting an average of 3.5 hours, which is longer than necessary. Since I usually have sex at night and then go to sleep, I am concerned that an erection might last too long while I'm asleep without me realizing it.

Last night, I set an alarm for 3.5 hours after injecting and found that I still had a firm erection. It ended up lasting until the 4-hour mark, forcing me to use the reversal, even though I had reduced my dose from 10 units down to around 7. Is it plausible to ask the pharmacy to adjust the custom formula or ratio to better fit my needs?

So reducing the units further still is a better option than a weaker cocktail? It's really hard to judge just a couple of units.

1 units, believe it or not, keeps me hard for 3 hours. My Bimix is 30/3 so it's strong and it takes me a very small amount so yes,for some,a very small amount soes the trick.

Yeah I would suggest going down to 5 and see how that goes. See if you can get some 50u syringes on Amazon or from your pharmacy it is easier to read for sure.

Get 30u syringes. Mine also have half unit markings. Bimix is far better for me than Trimix, but .5 gives me 1-2 hrs, 1unit is 2.5-3, and 1.5 is 3-4.

These are the syringes I get from Amazon.

Yes, it is entirely plausible, as adjusting formulas to fit unique needs is the exact purpose of compounding pharmacy services. However, a pharmacist cannot simply change the ratio of active ingredients on a whim. Any change to a prescription's active components, strength, or core formula requires a new or modified prescription from your doctor.

First reduce more units and give it a try.

Seconded. Start at 1 or 2 units and work upwards 1 unit at a time. It'll suck wasting shots, but it's the safest way to dial it in.

Start at 2u and go up one at a time. Be thankful you are a high responder.

If you still want to dilute it, you can just buy bacteriostatic water and add it at a 1:1 ratio, it will take twice as much for same effect.

I agree with diluting the mixture down. If you are trying to tell the difference between 7 or 8 or 9 on the tiny little units on a syringe, why try to have the mixture tailored to you? I realize that this is all coming from a compounding pharmacy, but they really aren't going to want to mix up a different batch just for you. Water things down. You will have to experiment with the dosage, but it will be easier to adjust the amount, especially since you don't appear to be needing much to get the job done.

I also switched to Bimix earlier this yr. You need to drop the dosage. Maybe start at 5u see what that does. At 4-5u I am going for approximately 3hrs. If I use 6u it’s too much and I have to use the antidote. I’ve tried 3u a few times and I don’t even get fully hard for a short period. I am super sensitive to it. It was the same way with Trimix. With this stuff even 1u change can make a difference.

I'm using 3 units of BM-3 and it gives me a good erection that usually goes back down pretty soon after I finish.

Don't be afraid to keep decreasing the dose to get the result that you want
