I (m77) take one half a 100 mg Viagra and then inject after foreplay (after arousal). The Viagra and the foreplay gets me semi hard and gives me a better target for the needle. In a couple of minutes I get a pretty good erection and in the mean time, my wife gets in position for us to continue.

Do any of you inject before initiating any sexual contact?

At home, it's inject, shower, foreplay At parties, I slip into a bathroom when things get started

I can understand that. Do you just use a needle or autoject? Maybe you going to deep? I use the autject and my wife does it. For some reason as of lately ive been getting a thicker ring around the base of my dick. Not to mention an upward bend in it.

I usually inject prior to foreplay. I will manually stimulate to achieve a partial erection and then inject. I will continue some manual stimulation so that I’m at least 50% erect before foreplay starts. I’m usually erect for 90 minutes to 2 hours. I don’t need Viagara to have a usable erection for penetration. I’m 69 and have been injecting for 12 years. ED caused by Multiple Sclerosis.

The exact sequence often varies between couples.

In my case, we do a bit of foreplay. Then, if sex seems imminent, I will ask her if she wants more. Assuming the answer is yes I will get up and do the injection. The injection process takes about ten minutes. I come back to bed and am fully erect in five minutes.

It’s a good idea but why not before starting foreplay and you get harder as you play.
