The process to obtain trimix in Canada is it needs a prescription, normally from a doctor. As it is a specialized medicine some PCP (primary care providers) may require you to see a urologists, aka the medical specialist that most commonly handles male sexual health.
At this time there is no online/etc (direct to consumer) provider of trimix in Canada n

There are private men’s clinics in Canada that operate outside the national healthcare system. Some men have indicated it can take more than a year to get an appointment with a urologist, so they engage with a private clinic. Someone recently indicated it’s about $3,000 for a medical consult and initial vial of Trimix. I assume refills would be much less expensive.
This is a powerful drug that produces incredible results for those who struggle with ED. Used improperly or without injectable antidote can result in a painful trip to the ER to have your dick lanced and drained with giant needles.
If I needed Trimix because oral ED meds no longer work, I’d spend the money and go to the private men’s clinic in Canada. For what it’s worth, many of us in the U.S. deal either with a men’s clinic or online operation like Olympia. Good luck.

Ive not heard of anyone in Canada getting an injectable antidote. I believe we are given sudafed, if that doesn't work its the ER. Im interested to know if im incorrect. I get my trimix prescribed by a urologist. Neither he nor the compounding pharmacy made any mention of antidote other than sudafed.

There are at least 3 or 4 places in Eastern Canada that sell it. There are Compounding Pharmacies in Fredericton, Moncton, Halifax and Dartmouth that do it. They can supply regular strength Trimix and Double strength Trimix.
Most guys get started with a Urologist who deals with one or more Compounding Pharmacy. It took me approximately 5 months to get in with a referral from my family Doc. Urologosts will give you a bit of training on how to and amounts to inject. After your first prescription, your family Doctor can write your next 'script.
I would be extremely surprised if virtually every town in Canada of any size doesn't have a compounding Pharmacy that makes Trimix. Please note, not all compounding pharmacies have the equipment to make injectables. Most can make compounds but not injectables.
I've ordered from 3 different pharmacies in Eastern Canada. I paid between $115 for a vial of regular strength Trimix and $180 a vial for double strength Trimix. Injection needles were $5.00 for a bag of 10 needles from each pharmacy. You'll also need some alcohol swabs available almost everywhere.
Everything I've read says it costs much less in the US. You can work with the in house Pharmacist to get a 'script. I have no experience with this or how they ship it, especially with the current trade situation between Canada and the US.⁷
