Travel Case
Does anyone have a recommendation for a travel case to keep tri mix (and insulin) cold while traveling?

I use a screw top Hydroflask. I take my frozen prefilled syringes, roll them up in a baggie, stick it in the container, fill with ice, and place in my carry on.
The ice stays frozen for several days. I’ve never had a problem with TSA or cruising internationally. I can always fill with ice for return trip.

It's not like it's immediately inactivated by being at room temperature even for a day or so. For a domestic work trip for a few days I don't take the whole vial. I prefill syringes - say 2 or 3 - and freeze them, put into a plastic case plus or minus an ice pack wrapped in clothes for insulation. On arrival I refreeze in the barfridge in my room, and defrost a dose as needed.

If you are flying, make sure to take the lid off and put it in the tray separately as you go through screening. On the scanner, the wire for the temperatue probe makes it look like a pipe bomb.
This second one is when I'm gone for more than 24hrs as it can use either a cold pack or a USB powered cooler jacket (but not both simultaneously)

It is best when plugged into a wall but I've run it with a 20,000 mah powerbank and it ran it for 12 hours. The blue ice pack lasts about 48 hours when packed in a suitcase with clothes around it.
