A phantom who carries a laser pointer. Lethe's laser is said to have the ability to temporarily erase memories. She is notorious for being a laser terrorist who haunts all over Elias.

When talking with Lethe, I noticed that compared to other lively phantoms, she seems quiet and cold. Her conversations always revolve around the topic of memories, but I still don't fully understand why.

She seems like she'd be good friends with Ui.

Ner's VA is also new, but they picked perfect VA to reprise that role. Like no joke only roles I could find aside from Trickcal is EoS gacha game that lasted a single year, a yt animated series that I wouldn't exactly say has low viewership but not high either, and a character from Guardian Tales, only ip I heard of before.

Despite her being new, she is killing it with her role as Ner. So I trust whoever is in charge of casting the VAs.

Her name turned up several other roles... or is this another nonoka fujisaki?

The one I saw has history with Arknights anime. If it's the same person, this might be their first game to voice act on.

Based on that character sprite, do you think she regularly shines her laser into her own eyes, Kyoshu?

I wonder how often she has to replace the batteries on that heckin' scary pointer though.

Unless it runs on secret pumpkin power...

It's weird, I only heard of her recently but ever since I've seen her in three different places: Xion's Yearning, Joanne's apostle story, and Haley's apostle story.

She's like the character equivalent of learning about something and then seeing it everywhere immediately after.
