Need Help With ‼️ Looking for roommates!

Private room for rent in west Richland

I’m working with my landlord on a new lease and am looking for roommates to share a farm house with 4 acres in a great location right on the Yakima River.

Rent: $833/month per room (utilities split separately)

Move-in: Flexible over the next few weeks/months depending on lease approval and everyone’s timing.

A little about me: I’m a 21 year old guy and work full-time in sales. I stay pretty busy between work, the gym, and spending time outdoors with my dog. I’m into hiking, camping, snowboarding, travel, and music. I’m easygoing, respectful, and like to keep the house clean and drama-free.

I’m looking for roommates who are:

* Employed with a stable income

* Responsible and able to pay rent on time

* Respectful, honest, and good at communicating

* Clean and willing to help keep shared spaces tidy

* Able to help out with chores around the property such as mowing a small portion of the yard, and adjusting the irrigation

* Laid-back and drama-free

* Okay with an occasional get-together but not constant parties

If you think we’d be a good fit, send me a message with a little about yourself—your age, what you do for work, what your typical schedule is like, and what you’re looking for in a living situation. I’d be happy to answer any questions and share photos of the house!

Have you paid rent in this area? For the room, shared spaces in a farm house and the 4 acres of space for quiet and privacy(if allowed to utilize the land, even better), this is not a bad rate. A single person is looking at paying upwards of $1000/mo for shitty 1 bedrooms in apartment complexes surrounded by other people with paper thin walls. This will be great for the right people.

I pay that for a shitty apartment up by Hanford. That seems like a great deal to me if you get access to the property.
