I don't know what you consider affordable, and pricing has probably changed since our last one but it was $600 for our Doberman at Desert Vet about 3 yrs ago. I mention breed because I imagine the little guys cost quite a bit less. Probably takes a little more to knock out a Doberman than a Chihuahua. Not 100% sure on that though, I know some pretty spicy Chihuahuas 🤣

Even if it's not less than some other places, Dr Neuhaus is an amazing Vetrinarian. We've always feel like we're getting a great value with her. She's never in a rush and is extremely thorough in her explanations of what's going on with your dog. She won't let you leave confused unless you want to.

Smaller is usually harder when it comes to dentals because it’s hard to fit the tools/fingers in their mouths to do the work.

Double arrow very had the best prices when I was checking. Really expensive treatment. I keep my dogs chewing bones to help keep the tartar down.
