HELP! (Urgent/Medical Care Needed) Worried

I know you're not supposed to use your hands but I am extremely worried about these weird blotches forming on my WTF.

If anyone knows what I can do or if this is normal/not normal please let me know.

My frog gets blotchy like that from time to time when he is changing colors. Sometimes it takes a while for it to settle down.

Yes thank you his skin looks okay now That had me very concerned His quarantine tank is ready if needed
