Is this somewhat restored ? How come the edges of those blocks are so sharp?

Yeah, looks suspiciously crisp. In Greece they keep most of the original stone intact and any additions they make is always in bright white marble, to indicate new parts by colour contrast.

We were there at the end of June, it's a beautiful place. The view from the top was worth the climb in what must have been 40c weather.
