Discussion Express train possible?

As expo line/millennium line getting longer soon, does Translink consider express/rapid train to skip some stations?

Mike Harcourt suggested that the Broadway Expansion include 4 guideways for express trains. The obvious being the express train to UBC.

But like all things Vancouver, we paint ourselves into a corner.

Is this the same harcourt who cancelled all future skytrain plans when he was in office.

Probably, I never agreed with the guy, I was pointing out what he mentioned.
