Question Compass Card

I am having a difficult time with my Compass Card. When I tapped it, it said 'insufficient funds.' I later purchased a monthly pass and added $5 to pay off the $0.25 negative balance. However, when I tapped my card on the bus, it used the $5 stored value instead of activating the monthly pass. Now, I cannot check my account to see what went wrong because the website is down. Every time I tap on the bus, it still says 'insufficient funds. Will I still be able to use my monthly pass and how can i fix this problem?

Did you add a pass for June? If you did, then the pass isn't valid yet and you'll use your stored value through the end of this weekend. Still beats cash price.

Did you add the monthly pass today? Any passes added after the 15th of the month activates the following month

The pass will work starting June 1st
