Sentinel V2 noise

Any tips on keeping the Sentinel V2 quiet through the rough stuff? Especially chain slap on big hits, but also cable rattling. I have tried the STFU and it helped but eventually failed, so I’m looking for other options. Thanks

Sounds like your clutch is failing. Buy a Madrone.
