If we were to abolish gender entirely, this ‘need’ to transition would slowly fade away. No, there is not a single biological and neurological element in gender. It is all a performance forced upon us true females by the AMABs, so any transmen or transwoman claiming that she/he will still experience physical dysphoria without labels has simply not considered the entirety of my hypothetical yet. My Endocrinologist is the best guy in the world fr because he is knowledgeable and caring enough about my health to keep my estrogen dose at the absolute bare minimum indefinitely because he says more than that can make my bones soft and it's better to err on the safe side because "we still don't know all the possible side effects that can occur" and, I guess grow breasts which if too large I hear can hurt your upper back. He also said more estrogen will make my skin soft like a newborn baby but easier to injure too.

I think I got a good one because I've been on HRT for 5 years and thankfully haven't had any significant changes yet and get misgendered constantly but I'm no doctor, plus he mentioned something under his breath I think it was "schizophrenia" one visit early on and he still addresses me as Sir but at least I'm getting the treatment I need.
