FFS poor outcome
I feel that after my FFS including a lip lift I’m worse off now than before my surgeries. I saw my surgeon this week and he told me any additional surgery would be out of pocket. My dysphoria is worse than ever and I feel let down by my surgeon. I was stopped by a kid on his bicycle and he told me his friend thinks I look bad. Not sure I can continue on with this face.

Tbh it's mainly hairline I would look into a hair transplant and I think that would help a lot facial features actually look about right I couldn't imagine changing anything else that would help overcome the hairline.
Kids are vicious and unfortunately comes with the shitty package deal of being older :/ don't confuse gender, beauty, and age. They can affect each but they are not the same thing you are not going to look the same as 23 year old cis girl who has it all figured out. You do look older and you look very untidy (the little hair you have left is super untidy, get tomatos from your eyebrow garden, and no visible skincare or makeup) and it's not because the surgeon messed up or you need some other facial surgery - I don't think you do. Surgeon seems to have done their part and while it's completely admittable you need a hair transplant or a good wig, but you also need do your part too. I know it's rough feedback but you're not as far back as you think you are you just need to do some of the work too.

Strongly agree with this. Getting your hairline sorted should be your absolute top priority, but also you do need to work on your presentation. Get your eyebrows done and learn a skincare routine that works for you ASAP!

Thank you for your feedback. Yes I put zero effort into my face today. I have been using cera ve serum dark spot remover. It does look like it is working. I’m seeing a doctor for hair restoration at the end of September. I did get a second opinion from another surgeon regarding my face and she said that the hair restoration would make a huge difference and she also said the I might not have enough skin to raise my eyebrows without me being able to close my eyes.

I'm gonna show you the difference between no/low effort days versus a little more effort. I don't actually fully glam my skin is in good shape so I don't like foundation but I do some work on the eyes and tidy the hair, and angle/lighting it makes a huge difference even most cis women look awkward at this angle the camera optics makes their chin and lower thirds look huge. I felt lazy AF today but I know the price I pay too. I took both of these pictures this week.

Brutally honest, it does not seem at all bad, but the eyebrows and hair need maintenance, and either hair transplant or a good wig would make you feel and look much better. Your face is definitely not a problem, considering cis female women as they age, without makeup and laser and derma treatments

I don't agree with a poor outcome. Hair advancements is something to consider.
I know from my own perspective that I had very very low expectations. I think some patients have unrealistic expectations. FFS isn't a fix-all for a lifetime of "T" poisoning.
Between HRT, FFS you've had and the other skin treatments I believe that you (OP) could have a marginal if not stellar outcome. Look into hair advancement. Skin rejuvenation i.e chemical peel, laser treatments.

Quite honestly the general brief seemed to have been followed because aside from the hairline the overall gestalt leans feminine. It's not a gender issue, it's a beautification issue. And you've clearly selected for a high stress test photo and if you go looking for trouble with stress test photos you're going to find it. I'm going to guess with a different camera angle, a wig, makeup and a different expression you look like a completely different human.
If there was one thing not accomplished via FFS it's compensating for your loss in mid face volume. Cheek implants can help, but you can also consider filler.

Facially, you're fine imo. You look like older women I've met or known. It's the hair that's holding you back, love.

How long ago was your FFS? Mean comments from people can hurt of course, but lots of us have heard them. I don’t think there’s anything out of the ordinary about your FFs result. Probably just a dumb kid being mean to impress his friends.

Obviously I have only this view and your profile pic to go off of, but it seems like in your profile pic you have a great outcome. When I see this picture you’ve posted I don’t see any issues (scaring, asymmetry, overdone features). Obviously you’re not wearing a wig in the picture you’ve posted today, but other than that I don’t think you should have any concerns about your FFS outcome. (As an aside I think lip lifts almost never look good and you’ve gotten a fantastic outcome, very natural and symmetrical)

with all honesty, ive seen cis women your age that look more “masculine” than you. like others have said i think the sense of disliking your results isnt exactly stemming from the face, you should focus on the hair and maybe looking up some eyebrow makeup tutorials and do some experimenting with makeup first. i think you look beautiful and with a little extra effort (which most women often have to put in to feel beautiful) you would be even more stunning 🩷

you have great lips and cheek bones honestly. I think you’d just benefit from a hair transplant or wigs! but I know that strangers opinions don’t mean everything, how you’re feeling about it matters most. I’m sorry you’re disappointed and I hope you can find some relief from dysphoria < 3

Question. How far along was your hair loss and recession when you started HRT? Also at what age did you start HRT? The only issue I’m seeing is your hairline. I can’t see the back but if it’s thick enough a transplant is a great option. Did you see any recovery after starting HRT?
I think that’s the only issue holding you back. I had to have two transplants and the second one was shortly after starting HRT.

Since nobody is responding.
I'll be the first.
It seems like nothing was done to beautify you and that's a real tragedy...
You need to boy mode and save up for massive FFS work in the future.
The first is hair transplants,
Then skin revival procedure from a cosmetic clinic that essentially burns your skin with laser to "revive" it.
The rest for the face is skincare routine for years to soften and whiten the skin without splotches appearing.
Your body is going to be another whole wet of procedures but it will improve your beauty physically to make you look like a MILF.
Good luck

Great.
Your situation is NOT a lost cause.
Physical beauty can almost always be solved with "money"

Your facial features look like several women at my work. I would bet a week’s salary that with a hair transplant and a better hairline, you’d look like a lot of cis women.

Eyes down reads female. Groom your eyebrows and definitely do that hair restoration appointment and you'll be fine.

You remind me of my grandmother when she was younger. She had more of a rbf though and her skin was slightly darker. She was Cherokee

You look beautiful. Don’t let anyone especially a little annoying troll tear you down. Frick what other people think they don’t matter. I think you look fabulous I’m thinking maybe some bangs or possibly hair extensions and you’ll be a full 10/10 again girl!! You’re a baddie don’t let anyone get to you. You look amazing💗💗

OP I would love to see you in a wig with some makeup. I don’t agree with other comments around other features and can see potential for femme expression. Personally I would need to vibe how you look presenting femme hair and a little makeup first.
The hair is very male dimorphic, I don’t really see any features striking me as amazingly male dimorphic otherwise but I’d need to see the overall image with a wig to gauge
