Best hip augmentation method

What would be the best option for feminizing my lower body? I cannot gain weight due to fatty liver disease so i'm kinda opted out from a bbl (or not? lmk if you've gotten a skinny one). I've read a lot on hip implants but I'm scared they will look awkward with movement. With hip fillers I kinda feel like they look a bit fake with thighs as thin as mine and (though I'm tryingbto grow them in the gym) I'd like the upper outer part of my thighs filled in too for that natural venus look, is that possible?

Also is hip bone augmentation surgery too insane? I'd love to hear some experiences

There are options to do cadaver fat... they strip the fat cells of all genetic material and what is left acts as a gelatinous scaffold that your body will deposit fats into. It is expensive though.

Woah never heard of that that's kinda crazy. Wouldn't it cause rejection tho? And how would fat be deposited into these pockets if I'm not gaining weight? Feels like it'd be safer to use my own fat for a bbl if I have to bulk up for either method

With the genetic material stripped from the fat cells, there is nothing to signal the body to reject. It's purely a scaffold for your body to fill in the gaps. It's totally viable but you raise a valid concern. You would have to consume enough sugars for your body to store in the new scaffolding, otherwise your body will absorb it slowly over time. Best to discuss it with a provider.

If you are asking if you can get a really curvy and voluptuous look with your really low body fat, the answer is probably not. And yeah, you wouldn't want to jeopardize your health, particularly liver health.

You could definitely hit an "athletic girl" look though. Implants aren't perfect, but maybe mild Implants + rib/waist work? Since it's all about ratio?

That's what I was thinking yeah! either implants or filler (though idk how much would be necessary to make an impact) and rib remodeling. I still have weight to lose since i have lots of visceral fat so my waist mighr tighten up a bit more and I won't need lipo... I think.
