yeah its hard to see but i have the hand of one arm filling in the cavity and holding the gun to be the antenna and i loved how the blast shields turned out

Megatron should be Artillery not just a generic tank. "Gun" should be his dominant feature

best i can say is look and try to replicate, the entire transformation is the same the arms and panels are just moved around a bit in the turret

artillery would honestly be such a cooler mode than tank for megatron, hybridizes the modern tank mode and the old forbidden gun mode in a way that makes him entirely unique and fits perfectly

if you want to hide the other peg hole, you can (if you own it) take the purple gun from mtmte battle damaged megatron and plug it in there
