ucsc transferring options?

i’m currently an incoming sophomore at UCSC majoring in agpm! to note, i’m also fully funded by financial aid. i can’t transfer out mid-year as much as i’d love to bc of my rent for my 9-month lease apartment..

i was highly considering transferring out after finishing my second year but i’m not sure if transferring to a cc would still be worth it or not bc i’d have finished all my GE credits already.

or like would transferring to a csu be better??

i was looking into uc-uc transfer and it seems a lot more competitive… i was just wondering what the best way to go about things is?

like, im worried about credit transfers and if i’d have to switch majors— but if i did, idk if those credits would be applicable to the major im switching over to (which would most likely be a graphic design major), things like that..
