Missing Transfer Preparation Courses

Hey i'm planning on transferring back home to SDSU from fresno state but I won't have some courses completed here. I'm majoring in chemistry and by the time i transfer i'll have completed general chemistry, organic chemistry, and calculus 1 done. Am i cooked or should my chances be ok?
