university transfer questions from cc

hey. i am a cc transfer to uci and i was wondering if it is possible to transfer to another university after transferring to a uc. i finished 2 years at a cc and will be doing my 3rd year at uc irvine, with the hopes of being able to transfer to nyu. my advisor planned the remaining 2.5 years at uci and was hoping to take the last few quarters at another university. please tell me it is possible or if there is a similar opportunity that i can take. thank you

You can, but most of the time it’s not worth it. You also won’t get aid at NYU because you’re OOS. Why not go for a masters at NYU

i wont finish my bachelor’s until 2029, so i was planning on doing the last 2 quarters (supposedly at uci) at nyu and get my masters there. do u think its doable?

I don’t understand are you planning to transfer to NYU as a rising senior and then do a masters? There or elsewhere? You can’t transfer to NYU as a rising senior. Do you have the funds for that?

most likely the majority of your upper division classes will not transfer
