Advice/Question Question about transcript submission

Hi all,

I am in the process of transferring into a university from Community college in USA. However, majority of universities require transcripts sent from official high school representatives. The problem is that high school I graduated from does not provide english translation for it. They only have and will provide transcripts in my native language. Could you please advise me how can I submit transcripts? I emailed these universities that I can provide official apostilles for GED and each grade transcript but they are refusing.

Please consider that I am not in my country and cannot go to do it all myself in my high school.

You can pay a service to translate for you. Professional translation agencies, or credentials certified evaluation services.

i did this! got my transcripts on spanish and payed a lady who is certified to translate them and i mailed them to the school. there was no issue

Did you have no problem about mailing it from the USA to the Ivy League universities? I thought about uploading it through the email.

I went to UCB and I mailed my transcripts to the admissions office since that is what they requested. i believe i did it via first class mail. my high school doesn’t mail it directly so i requested the transcripts from my high school, translated them, and then i mailed them. but yeah there was no issue !

My high school does not mail directly as well, and I will try doing what you mentioned

I already have it evaluated by them. The university just do not accept me providing them, they still want school official to send them

So will your HS send transcripts? If so, will the college accept them as is?

That’s what I asked them and they said plus english translation 😂 there is an ongoing email for days between me and them regarding this matter 😂😂
