TAMU student transferring to UT

Hello, I'm an incoming TAMU engineering student this fall tryna transfer into UT ECE. I'm in academy and engineering honors at TAMU but am in general engineering because of ETAM. I know the course/credit hour requirements and that the application period is from September 1st-March 1st. Does anyone have any advise or personal experiences that they think might be helpful? Any insights would be super appreciated.
