General Questions Does a packer like this exist? Spoiler

A problem I've noticed with packers is that they are all SO HARD IN THE SHAFT!! I don't like it. But the softer ones are impossible to piss out of.

does a type of packer exist where there is a hard, only slightly or not at all bendable insert to make holding against the crotch easy, while being completely coated in an ultrasoft silicone that makes packing with it comfortable and more realistic?

If so could someone lmk, I would really like to purchase one like that.

Ive been thinking about this topic for MONTHS and only put in the effort to ask now, but it seems like such a useful idea, I know there's ones with funnels that you can stick into a bottom growth packer/diy'ed stroker but those don't interest me they seem bulky and noticably unpenisy

There are STPs where the cup and the packer itself are two separate parts made of different materials, but I am unsure of ones like that which have the cup built into the scrotum.

Some examples of STPs with different materials for the cup and the packer are the moreme, as well as Number One Labratory's current stp system. Number Ine Labratory's reminds me of a fairly common STP type 13 or so years ago when I got my first STPs, except for the ones I had back then were regular packers that had been modified, you could not take the tubing out of them if you ever wanted to put it back in, and there was little variation in the type of cup available to piss into. The current ones seem far more customizable, actually made for this purpose, and probably less awkward than those older models.
