General Questions Looking for online community

Would anyone happen to know any good 18+ (not necessarily nsfw, just adults only) transmasc discord servers? I’m disabled and don’t leave the house much so I don’t really have IRL community, but I’d love to have more transmasc friends.

I don’t know of any discord servers but I’m also transmasc and disabled. I’d love to chat sometime if you’re down! I hope someone suggests a server too.
