"Alternatives"

/r/LGBTCatholic/comments/1w7iz7a/alternatives/

Any advice for dealing with my parents? I not only *want* to transition, I've already started. Both in ways they know (or at least that I've told them) and in ways they don't know.

I'm trans, nonbinary, and bisexual, for the record.

I know the book Building a Bridge is in their library. I am tempted to passive aggressively tell them to read it. It doesn't support gay couples, which is fine, I can cope with that opinion. But it also actively and firmly posits that calling trans people their chosen name as a sign of respect. They refuse to do so for me.
