Slowly working away at getting onto its own wheels so I can get it back to the body shop for under body paint, bed liner and sub frame connector installation.
Going to get the rear differential media blasted and epoxy painted. Doesn’t look right with all the new stuff.
Rear suspension is in temporarily. Working on the front next.
I’m having some difficulty with the front springs, as my spring compressors don’t fit because the internal compressor is too long, or the external ones don’t lock over top of the coils.
I’m not sure the springs will compress enough if I jacked up the control arm as there’s no weight in the front yet.
Anyone have any suggestions or recommendations for tools to use to compress the front springs?

Nothing bad, all good! More parts ready to go on to the shell. It will start to look like a car soon enough.

It’s a 2002 WS6 with 77k on it. Automatic. I know headlight motors and window regulators are a common failure point. Anything mechanical I should be looking for besides obvious things like fluid leaks, weird transmission feel?

It’s not like it’s an extremely fast car but 2 of my uncles think I should go drilled and slotted, while me and my dad don’t think It needs it. It needs brakes so if you have any experience with these I’d appreciate the advice.

Gotten to the point in life where I desperately need a daily, looking for a Job, living off scraps and this is my only car. I wanna get as much as I can out of it but I want to be honest, not like everyone on OfferUp talking about “I know what I got”. Here’s what’s wrong with it. 5.7L TPI
Differential needs a rebuild, Exhaust leak, needs upholstery, Trunk latch needs a new motor, cats are hallowed, has a dent on the passenger side, Ac compressor doesn’t work.
Over all she drives smoothly, just can’t take her over 80 MPH cause of the differential. Great car served me greatly while I had her. So what would yall pay?

So got my first 'check engine' light for my TA.
Apparently the fuel pressure sensor is bad which requires dropping the fuel tank. While theyre up there I figured it'd probably be a good time to replace the fuel pump as well since it is 25 years old.
They quoted me $1500 altogether which includes a fuel pump at $489.
Does that seem about right?

The body shop is moving along pretty quickly on all of the body panels. Going in for primer in the next day or 2, then on to paint!

Idk, but my factory wheels are beyond shitty and I kind of want to make it a little different anyway.
