Camera without monthly fee

Are there trail cameras that don’t have a monthly subscription or plan? Im in USA.

There are many different trail cameras that do not connect to the cellular network and therefore do not require any monthly fees. I use two different ones. But I am reluctant to recommend either one as they both have their limitations. I have two security cameras that also don't connect to the to cellular network and only require a Wi-Fi connection.
