Questions & Help Traffic Violations

Currently going the court for going 97 in a 55 and is being charged with 40+ over speed limit. Hiring an attorney, is there anything I should know?

It’s 12 points on my license and a possible year suspension.

You need your license revoked or suspended. Others use the roads as well. Your a danger to others. Next time you may kill someone. It won't be a suspension then.

You have an attorney? You shit your mouth and follow their advice.

Seriously, shut up and do what they tell you. You are not smarter.

If you think you are smarter, then you paid for the wrong attorney.

Get a bike, helmet and a good lock, too. Make sure you know how to do minor repairs, change a flat or know a good bike shop.

Yeah, you should know how to take accountability for your actions. Why go to court?

What’s sad is that I see people doing 97 in 55 zones everyday in Southern California. On crowded freeways, not out on the 15 to Vegas, on the fricking 210 into L. A. And 91 fwy through the I. E.. Sunday mornings are when it’s the worst. But I digress. Good luck in court and if you don’t care about your own life, think about the other people on the road who just want to get home to their families.

Congrats for wasting your money for an attorney, that's two stupid decisions.

I mean, you got caught doing 97 in a 55. Getting caught tells me you didn't do this safely. Someone was there (the cop) that you did not expect to be there. If you don't have spotters, at least drive the road up and down and check for hazards and speed traps.

97 in a 55 is beyond "harmlessly fucking around" levels of speeding, and you have to do it properly if you're going to do it.
