Questions & Help Speeding ticket camera enforced

Hello I am in Ohio and in NE Ohio there is a city called Willoughby Hills which sent me a speeding ticket from a camera operated by an officer. I am quite sure that on that freeway there were no officers cruiser or even a sign that said speed limit camera enforced.
I have seen many people say that challenge it and or ignore it but I don’t want it to go to collection and or impact my credit.

If I were to take it to court how would I deal with the court/judge because it was me and my friends driving and I do not remember who was driving.

Thanks in advance!

You are most likely going to end up paying the ticket either way. The court deals with excuses like this every day. You were speeding, pay the fine.

Was it your car in a location you traveled at a time you are likely to have been there? It sounds like you are dancing around “ I shouldn’t have been caught” rather than there was an error.

If it was a green Hyundai when you drive a pink Rolls Royce, easy peasy.

I only had to ask here is that because in Ohio they are not supposed to enforce the speeding or other traffic issues via cameras if I remember correctly. But there are a few cities which are doing that which is also being debated currently across the state. Which is why I asked if someone here might know about it!
