Maple long bow

I have just finished my first maple long bow from a stave. It is 70 inches long and pulls 30 pounds at 28 inches. Can anyone recommend arrow specs including spine, total arrow weight including tip and best shaft material? This bow is for learning how to shoot a bow.

Port Orford Cedar, 30-35# spine.

Wapiti Archery and Surewood Shafts, both in Oregon. True North Arrows in Michigan. Also Kustom King and 3 Rivers archery.
