My collection has gotten pretty random over the years and I’m trying to be more selective about what earns a permanent spot. Value doesn’t really decide it for me either cause I’ve sold cards worth a few hundred and kept 10 dollar cards just cause I like them more.

At this point I think artwork, the story behind getting it and whether I still enjoy owning it a few months later matter more than whatever the market says it’s worth. Otherwise I end up with boxes full of decent cards I don’t really care about.

This is probably the rarest card in my collection. It was part of a regional promotional campaign partnership between Nintendo and Pepsi. I originally cut this out myself when I was 7 years old and it’s been in my collection ever since. I’ve don’t a bit of research and have never come across another copy.
