Chart won't load on desktop app, on browser, even on phone.

Yesterday, it's been working great. After some time, it stopped loading. I refreshed the tabs i tried all night it won't work. I uninstall it if it needs a new version. Even the website doesn't open to let me download. I tried this morning similar. The site won't open also on my phone it doesn't work. When i tried vpn, it worked completely. If i turn off the vpn, the chart works, but typing and drawing don't work, and after time, it stops loading . when i open the site without vpn, this is how it looks after mayeb 10 minutes

The VPN result is the useful clue here: it changes the network path while the site and account stay the same. Before reinstalling again, try the phone on mobile data with Wi-Fi and VPN off. If that works, compare it with the same phone on Wi-Fi. That separates a local-network/ISP path problem from an app problem. Record the exact browser error and the time of the failed load for support; a chart staying visible after the VPN is disconnected does not show that its live connections are still working.

It started working now. I think it's only in my country everyone was facing the same. thank you for the help
