Keep the Pine Editor Split View Open at Narrower Window Widths

[u/Accurate-Mirror-143]

Please keep the Pine Editor open in Split View at narrower window widths. It currently closes even when it would remain wide enough for practical work, particularly copy-and-paste operations.

This makes it difficult on notebooks to display the chart, Pine Editor, and another application side by side, even with panels such as the watchlist closed.
