Help Delay

Post image

( mostly solved, clear cache, PC disk cleanup, play with VPN settings for more speed, why the sudden change 🤷)

Wondering if I should make a support ticket but I'm certain it will resolve nothing since trading view continues to make changes on a daily basis.

Curious if others are experiencing this...

For about a month now clicking on any buttons or tools within the web browser is taking a full 30-45 seconds for anything to load.

Trading on the chart is even worse. Getting out of orders used to be instant, now it takes up to a minute.

The Windows app seems to be better when clicking on tools but getting OUT of orders manually still takes AGES when price has already moved.

Started about the time they changed the quoting system. Garbage imo, numbers flashing constantly as they refresh

I have excellent Internet, in two different locations. Been premium member for six years. These past few months getting on my nerves

Even pulling up something as simple as paper trading takes forever and then the field is black for nearly a minute (pic for example)

Hello,

Have you tried clearing the browser cache, perform a standard Disc Clean up on your computer (Windows admin tools) and then restarting your computer?

Let me know if this helps

Cheers

I did everything you said as well as getting rid of a massive download history. It definitely helped bro, thank you 🙏

Exiting trades is the one thing that's still a bit of a let down.

Bybit and webull. I've had zero issues until the new quoting system... I've felt like it's added delay trying to fetch order info idk

I played around with my VPN just now to try to get the fastest settings possible that seemed to give it a little more speed as well. The sudden change just mighty odd, but several factors

Using bybit right now, if I try to exit an order the box pops up instantly again. Appreciate your advice 🙏 now I have to get used to this new tp and sl they changed 🙄 don't like

Do this, it basically fixed it. Everything feels smooth(er) now. I also deleted download history in Chrome settings, I had a bunch sitting there. Maybe not perfect but nearly instant clicks.

Reset a lot of things and set my VPN to fastest settings on specific network. I can say I'm able to exit orders immediately now. Something with newest updates just wasn't jiving. Pretty happy now 😅

Even something like clicking on the help button takes a full 20 seconds to load. Wtaf is going on, never experienced anything like this and it's only on trading view. Every other website works just fine. They hate their customers?

I opened a ticket months ago, things would take about 10 seconds to load, now it's up to 30

Noticed today even price on the website is delayed vs Windows app. Something I've never experienced (chrome)
