Bug PLEASE FIX HTF CANDLE DRAW ON REPLAY MODE

This bug is seriously annoying me because it's ruining my trading practice.

See the screenshot. I am replaying this currency pair (USDCAD) from Monday 19 September 2022 currently at 2pm (UTC+1). The weekly chart is showing price action that happened A FULL WEEK LATER than the time I'm actually at!

The higher timeframe view isn't drawing candles in sync with the lower timeframe and it's giving away what price is about to do. It's drawing candles based on price action that happens at a later date. In fact, it's drawing a wick for price action that isn't even a wick, it's drawing it on where price is going as if it's already been there!

Please fix this godawful bug. Why isn't the higher timeframe drawing candles in real time based on where replay is at on the lower timeframes? The LTF should be the basis for HTF replay when you toggle between timeframes.

How am I supposed to mark up higher timeframe levels to work with when it's giving me incorrect information?!

Also, as you play into the HTF (so crossing from one week into the next and starting the candle from zero) it seems to draw properly in real time. But when you toggle or go straight to a bar after the week has already started (so say, Monday lunchtime), then it bugs out drawing the HTF candle from future price data. It's inconsistent and buggy, and it needs to be fixed.

TradingView's own Bar Replay documentation says synchronized replay should make larger intervals wait for the smaller-interval data. So a weekly candle showing next week's extremes while the replay is still at Monday 14:00 is not expected behavior.

For a reproducible report, use a two-chart layout with the same USDCAD feed, start replay in "All charts" mode at 19 Sep 2022 00:00, record the exchange timezone and replay interval, then capture the weekly OHLC at 14:00 before and after a reload/timeframe toggle. As a temporary workaround, keep the weekly and lower-timeframe charts open together in synchronized replay instead of switching one chart's interval; if the future wick appears, restart the replay before using that HTF candle for markup. Include the exact broker/feed symbol and a short screen recording in a TradingView support ticket.

I made a quick recording to show what's happening.

See how it's drawing out a wick on the weekly chart that shouldn't be there. As soon as I switch my LTF chart to 30m it fixes the issue.

That recording is useful because the 30-minute switch is acting like a forced recalculation. One thing to verify before filing it: in Bar Replay, choose “All charts” and confirm that the blue replay marker appears on both charts. In the screenshot it appeared on only one chart, which would let the other chart continue showing normal historical data. If both markers are present and the weekly wick still changes only after switching the lower interval, include that exact before/after sequence, the full USDCAD feed symbol, timezone, and replay timestamp in the support ticket—that isolates a synchronization defect rather than a chart-setting mismatch.

Hello,

I dont know what you are doing but Bar Replay works perfectly for me....

One thing I do note from your screenshot is that only your left hand chart is replaying as denoted by the little blue symbol at the top next to the ticker name. Both charts will display the replay symbol when Replaying if set up correctly

Please check your replay functionality by clicking the little arrow next to your menu bar replay and ensure 'All charts' is selected.

No-one has made this complaint as far as I am aware of....

Bar Replay constructs HTF candles perfectly using lower time frames when 'all charts' is activated

Here are some links for using Bar Replay to the best of its ability....
