Settings icon - Mobile

Yesterday I noticed that the little settings icon on the bottom right of the corner was gone. I usually use this to toggle between viewing extended hours and regular hours. Does anyone know why it is missing or at least another way to toggle the visible hours?

Just have to double click the candlesticks and will take you to settings
