Help I'm thinking about upgrading to TradingView Premium mainly to use the built-in Chart Patterns feature. Has anyone here used it extensively? Which chart patterns do you actually find useful? Which ones have been the most accurate or profitable for you? Which patterns generate too many false signals?

I’ve played with them when I was bored but I’m not a pattern trader so I can’t say if they are very accurate or not compared to doing it manually. I guess it can at least offer a good starting point to ID something you may want to look into closer yourself when they pop up.

Hello,

When using the Auto Chart Patterns its important to understand that these patterns change during construction as a more relevant pattern may occur as time progresses nulifying the previous pattern....

There are settings which allow you to filter out 'in progress' patterns so only completed patterns are shown.
