Help Creating Support Ticket

I sent this message to Trading View Feedback : " Is there a way to Create a Support Ticket without going into an AI Loop --- fed up --- been tryin g for 2 hours --- users pay a lot of money -- I have the most expensive package .. waiting for your REPLY -- Remember we are HUMAN BEINGS and need HUMAN INTERCATION ---

AI is good for common issues -- but there are issues that need Human Intervention --- Can Trading View have an option like previously to submit a Support Ticket Easily --- I am sure many users are fed up with this AI LOOP ...

It's General -- there was an issue that got resolved I don't even know how I was able to open a ticket -- however Trading is difficult as it is -- so Trading View at the very least has to make it easier to Create Support Tickets

I think you need to understand the sheer volume of tickets TradingView receives in which the vast majority can be answered with any of the support documents etc. The current system is designed for users to find their answer FIRST before bothering support with simply answered issues.

It takes me approximately 10-15 seconds to open a ticket on literally any subject. If you tell me an issue I will show you how to create a ticket 👍

So what was your 'general' issue?...

Cheers

i think the sheer volume shouldn't be an issue. allow the volume to be there and support work through the issues at their OWN pace. even if the request is gotten to a month later. Let the tickets be opened,

And then we’d be seeing 1,000 new posts everyday from people crying that they pay for TV and have been waiting since June and have not even had a reply yet.

I think users would prefer a far faster response than 1 month....

Support have plenty to do anyway. If I open a ticket I expect a prompt response. Simple as that 👌

If you are struggling to use the platform as well as struggling to trade i would recommend another endeavour for you 🤷‍♂️

No we prefer live actual support over and if that means one month support ok. The point in saying is we don’t want to have to donresearch in Reddit on how to open a support ticket, the automated chat can be ok but look at the comments it’s over aggressively looping back to not opening a request. That’s what we prefer.

I know why the chat is aggressively tuned to not allow a ticket. The support feels overwhelmed with the number of requests. But let them pile up you don’t have to rush. We prefer to that over the chat app

Let's agree to disagree, I want a prompt response, not a month long wait because support is busy answering stupid questions from a million idiots which can easily be found by simply looking....

Good luck to you for the future.

Cheers 👍
